In what situations do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data whenever you use our website. In particular, when you browse our website, as well as when you visit our profiles on social networks, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, YouTube or LinkedIn, and when you contact us via these portals.

Are you obligated to give us your data?

Your provision of data is voluntary, but some of your data may be necessary for the proper provision of our services, or to meet the requirements set by the law that we must comply with.

For what purpose do we process your data?

We process your personal data in order to provide electronic services for the provision of content collected on the relevant site, as well as for analytical and advertising purposes.

The processing of some of your personal data is also necessary in order for us to fulfill our obligations under the law, such as the obligation to store certain data for a certain period of time, to collect certain information for the purpose of verification and identification of the user, or to transfer data to authorized authorities or entities.

On what legal basis do we process your data?

How long will we process your data?

We will process your data for the shortest possible time. For individual cases, the processing time is as follows:

  1. If we process your data under a contract, the processing will last as long as the contract lasts and the statute of limitations for any claims.
  2. If you have given us your consent to process your data for a specific purpose, we will process your personal data until you revoke your consent.
  3. We will process data that we process in pursuit of a legitimate interest for as long as that interest lasts. In specific cases, which are the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, we may process your data until you object.

Who do we share your data with?
